Numerous memorabilia related to the band's activity can be found in Hard Rock Cafes around the world, including in Poland. In September 1996, the band was introduced to Madame Tussaud's Rock Circus. The group's mascot is part of the Rock Legends Wax Museum exhibition located in Ontario, Canada. The band's musicians can also be proud of individual state awards and distinctions and special awards in many areas of activity. During their career, the band received over 700 "silver", "gold" and "platinum" records. The group was also included in countless lists and rankings, often taking leading positions. By 2025, the band has sold over 150 million full-length albums under all labels.

In early January 2023, the British Royal Mail honored Iron Maiden with a special series of stamps and postcards. The project paid tribute to the band's role in shaping British rock music and distinguished Eddie as widely recognizable beyond the boundaries of the heavy metal genre. Previously, similar collections commemorated the most legendary artists such as The Beatles, David Bowie, Queen, Elton John, Paul McCartney, The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd and Cliff Richard. Iron Maiden was the first among heavy metal artists to receive this honor and the fifth among British bands

In July 2025, to celebrate the band's 50th anniversary, the British Royal Mint issued a series of coins in various denominations, honoring the band's international fame, its influence on generations of listeners, its contribution to the promotion of Anglo-Saxon culture, and one of the greatest careers in British music history. Until then, this distinction had been bestowed upon only a small number of artists, including Queen, Elton John, members of The Beatles, and David Bowie. Iron Maiden were the very first heavy metal band to receive this honor.
